If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you. We cannot accept responsibility for minor damage during transit (e.g., broken cookies). Minor breakages do not affect the freshness, taste, or quality of the product.

Dispatch & Delivery Terms
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Yamba Rose Bakery are freshly baked to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that preparation time is required prior to dispatch.
Dispatch Timeframes
Yamba Rose Bakery aims to dispatch postal orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. This timeframe is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Dispatch times may vary depending on operational capacity, order volume, and product availability.
Weekend & Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday through to Monday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday. This applies regardless of the selected delivery service and includes bank holidays.
Busy Periods & Operational Delays
During periods of exceptionally high demand (including but not limited to promotions, seasonal launches, and holidays), dispatch may take longer than 48 hours. Dispatch delays may also occur due to unforeseen operational circumstances, including staff illness, supplier delays, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Yamba Rose Bakery shall not be held liable for delays in dispatch arising from such circumstances.
No Guaranteed Dispatch Dates
Dispatch dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing prior to purchase. Customers must not rely on estimated dispatch times for events, gifts, or time-sensitive requirements.
Delivery Service
All postal orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracked 24 refers to Royal Mail’s delivery aim after dispatch and does not include processing or preparation time. Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are outside of our control. Once your order has left Yamba Rose Bakery, we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays caused by Royal Mail. We carefully package every item to ensure it arrives in the best condition possible.
Dispatch vs Delivery Responsibility.
Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Yamba Rose Bakery is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has left the bakery.
Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks
Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once preparation or baking has commenced. Dispatch delays, including those exceeding 48 hours, do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or compensation. Any refund or replacement remains at the sole discretion of Yamba Rose Bakery.
Customer Acceptance & Allergen Awareness
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these dispatch and delivery terms in full. By placing an order, the customer also confirms that they are fully aware of the allergen information provided on the Yamba Rose Bakery website and product listings. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all allergen and ingredient information prior to placing an order. If further information regarding allergens or ingredients is required, customers must contact us before placing an order at contact@yambarosebakery.co.uk Yamba Rose Bakery cannot accept responsibility for allergen-related issues where clarification was not requested prior to ordering.
